Commission, Part Time

3 Month probationary period.

Upon hiring you will take on active accounts with current sales.

As the accounts offered stand, without taking into account any new accounts you open or efforts to improve current sales (which we will expect) you will be bringing in around $16.50/h.

We are looking for a sales person to maintain and open new accounts with our farm-to-bottle beverage lines. We currently have three accounts that need someone to take over and three additional accounts ready to open as soon as possible. The job involves distributing beverages to businesses and tracking sales. The only set time commitment would be delivery days Tuesdays and Fridays. The rest of the time is up to the individual. Sales are boosted significantly by doing periodic tastings. We only ask that each location be booked for a tasting once a month at a minimum. We will train and coach on how to open new accounts, and will give a full crash course on our beverages so you can sell with confidence. The account manager receives a set amount per bottle commission to be discussed during the interview. This is a job that a motivated individual can grow into a nice and flexible income stream. You must have your own reliable transportation and sales experience is preferred. This is an “independent contract” position.

Commission of net retail and wholesale revenue.  Year round a possibility for the right candidate.  Our floral and Plant program has a lot of room for improvement in sales, we are looking to expand across the whole category in 2020.

We are looking for a multitasker who wants a more in depth connection to what they are doing.  This position is currently a seasonal job ending in Late November to early December. The candidate will receive a commission directly tied to floral and herb sales.  This is a pretty even split between indoor and outdoor work, needing a high level of quality in the finished product and the ability to stay organized and focused on what needs to be done.  They will have to work inside a specialty brick and mortar market to create stunning displays and marketing to attract customers. They will attend and develop farmers markets during the season and grow our customer base for floral through many channels including a possible CSA.  We are looking for a driven person who can innovate and expand our floral program with their own ideas.

This is a unique opportunity for someone to create their own floral career using a proven farm and retail location.  We want someone who can eventually run the floral department as a semi independent arm of our main business. We are also willing to send the right candidate to specialty training in floral business after a longer probationary period.  This is not an independent contractor position, you will be an employee of Marchese Farm.
