Cold-Pressed Juices & Kombucha
Hi, we are Farm Juice owners Andrew and Catherine Marchese. Our farm began in 2017 while we were expecting our second child. We founded our business with a focus on regenerative farming based on organic practices. We noticed a problem after attending our local farmers market, when we would harvest fresh and vibrant food in the morning, but at the end of the day any leftover produce would wilt and be unsaleable. Instead of throwing the unbought produce into the compost heap, we found that we could juice our fruits and vegetables to create deliciously nutritious beverages.
The farm is a nearly zero-waste and dedicated to improving the soil in order to craft a better beverage for our customers. We have combined our time at Rutgers University for Agriculture with years spent managing farms internationally to engineer sustainable success. Our farm focuses on healthy, organic soil and sustainable practices to press or brew the ideal beverage, and we’re excited for you to taste the farm-to-bottle difference!
